Shipping Policy Shipping Policy we assure you the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible for sending your products. We deliver to all serviceable pin code locations within the geographical boundary of India. We do not deliver to international locations as yet. We strive to fulfill orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be sent to our delivery partner within 1-2 business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday.

We dispatch all parcels using the best logistics service provider/s to offer you fast and reliable delivery. We send the tracking code to the customer after the dispatch of the product/s. You can track your delivery via logging into our courier partner’s website.

For deliveries within India, charges will vary on different variables depending on your parcel’s location, weight, volume, and the value of your order.

To ensure that your order is delivered on time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details:

  1. Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name, and Locality along with a Landmark.
  2. Enter correct City, State, and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.
  3. Kindly make sure that the phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery-related queries.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery option is available only in India and for cart amounts between Rs. 500 and Rs. 5,000. If the chosen mode of payment is cash on delivery, a variable convenience charge will apply. You can view the delivery charges at the time of payment. These are over and above the selling price of the product. You can also view the delivery charges on the invoice.

Delivery Times

The goods will be delivered within 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch for all deliveries within India and Estimated delivery times are available from the moment you place your order. In the My Account section, you can view the dispatch date of your parcel (available once your parcel has left our warehouses) Once your parcel has been dispatched by our Logistics team, an email/SMS will automatically be sent to you.

The estimated time of delivery is different depending on the areas you live in. It may differ from one item to another and from one location to another. The general time of delivery varies from 5-15 business days, depending on the location. Business days exclude Public Holidays, National Holidays, and Sundays.

What if I am not available at the time of delivery?

Should you not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, a message/call will be left for your information. If your neighbor/help/driver/family member has accepted it on your behalf, the delivery will be considered ‘Delivered’. However, a second attempt will automatically be made after 48 hours if no one was present at the given address. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to your parcel for 7 days awaiting further instructions from the recipient before returning your parcel to Once the parcel has been sent back to us, you must wait until it arrives in our warehouse. We will re-dispatch it to you as per your instructions. You will have to bear re-delivery charges which may vary from the charges in your actual order price.

Why am I not getting the option of Cash on Delivery?

There are certain areas where our courier partners find it difficult to deliver products on time. In such a case, we have to find a different non-conventional route to deliver products to you. Also, sometimes due to several issues including wrong address, address not found, the door being locked or customer not accepting courier while it has been delivered using Cash on Delivery method. In such cases, to avoid any harassment to our customers by a courier company executive, we have chosen to remove Cash on Delivery. However, customers refusing to accept the parcel after its been at their doorstep will be treated as Non-serious Orders and cash on delivery services will permanently be stopped for any future orders.

What if I have received only part of my order?

Please be aware that your order may be dispatched in separate parcels and on different dates due to several reasons like out-of-stock items, custom orders, etc. If you have only received a part of your order, we recommend you visit the delivery tracking page in the My Account section. If a shipment is still ongoing, your missing items will certainly be delivered shortly.
